The millionaire playboy, 36, posted two clips in the first week of 2017 in which he poses with topless models, plays poker, rides speed boats and fires military assault weapons.
He wrote: "If you hate seeing me do well, 2017 gonna be another f***** up year for you."
Bilzerian has reportedly won more than $100 million in professional poker games during his life.
He shot to prominence with Instagram posts showing off his lavish lifestyle, earning him more than 20 million followers along the way.
Donald Trump supporter Bilzerian was born in Florida and now splits his time between Hollywood and Las Vegas.
The playboy was sued two years ago by a porn star who claims she broke her foot after being thrown naked from a roof by him.
She was meant to fall into a swimming pool but just missed the edge of the water.
Janice Griffith wanted compensation from Bilzerian but his lawyers refused to pay up, writing sarcastically in a letter to the 19-year-old actress's legal team: "Like your client, the facts of the claim won't quite, fly."
Bilzerian tried to become a US Navy SEAL in 2000 but did not complete the training programme.
His is the son of Paul Bilzerian, a Wall Street corporate takeover specialist who was convicted of nine counts of stock and tax fraud in the 1980s and ordered to pay back millions.
